4. Journal or Blog

Writing down daily gratitude, thoughts, or new ideas can keep your spirits up during the pandemic. Spend a few minutes or a few hours a day writing or blogging, you never know what will come out!

5. Learn a New Skill

With companies offering free online classes during quarantine, this may be a great time to brush up on your skills or learn a new one. Here are a few you can take right now:

  • School 16 is offering free live tech training. It’s perfect for those who want to learn and develop their skills in the tech industry. 
  • Yale’s most popular course, The Science of Well Being teaches you how to deal with stress and be happier. – A great topic for the pandemic. 
  • Learn to game development with free access to Unity’s premium platform for the next 3 months.
